The location in the business area offers a quieter experience compared to the main block, with rooms that have direct pool access. the hotspring area provides a sauna/steam room, and the staff offers tea. the room is comfortable and newly furnished, providing a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly, greeting guests with a smile and fluent Cantonese. the hotel also offers free drop off and pick up service for dining elsewhere.
The lobby in the main block lacks sitting area when there are group tours around.

My partner and I had a romantic escape here for a weekend. We loved the poolside rooms with direct access to the hot springs. The hot springs were well-maintained, and the sauna was awesome. We also appreciated the free drop-off and pick-up service to the nearby local eateries.
The breakfast buffet was not great, and there was a lack of variety. the hotel was crowded, and the service was sometimes slow.

Located in a quiet area with newly furnished comfortable rooms. the hot springs offer a wide variety of pools with different natural ingredients to choose from.
The staff lacked in service quality, there were not enough employees to clean the used towels in the hot springs area. They also had limited opening hours.
